Actually, I made no claims about the defendants and their actions. I just wish people would be honest about the circumstances. The jury has spoken, and I accept that. But contrary to the media portrayals (complete with high school/tuxedo wearing photos), he wasn’t just innocently jogging one day and this happened. He was seen in the neighborhood doing suspicious things, and this wasn’t just some poured foundation he was in, it was a house being renovated. He had no business being there, and they were right to question his presence. Calling the police would have the correct course of action, obviously. But I am sick of dishonest portrays of what is obvious.
