One of two conditions have to be met for a "trespass" to occur in this country, he either had to have been warned off previously in which case he is guilty of simple trespass, or had to have committed a crime which would make it a criminal trespass. There is no crime of simply being on someone else's property. That is a misconception.

Truly another stupid person. First off…he did run by them but they then chased him for over 5 minutes which is when the third guy in his pick up got in front and they boxed him in.

The property in question did not belong to any of the three. It was a house unoccupied under remodel, not posted in any way as far as fence or signs. The owner of the property testified that they never asked the three amigos to watch the property and never reported any criminal activity at the site.

The black man never said anything to them, had no weapon, never made any threatening gestures. It makes sense he was afraid for his own life and as a last resort attempted to disarm the man threatening him. There is no doubt of their guilt
