The most obvious difference I can see here is that it's like George Floyd, a black man is dead. And it seems there's no circumstances or very few under which a white person can use deadly force against a black person.

The racial reckoning is here. Protect yourself as best you can. Tribalism will and should increase from this.

I agree that the Rittenhouse case was different. The state botched it. He obtained the weapon through a straw purchase. That alone is punishable by up to ten years in jail.

It was very surprising to me. Local prosecutors didn't think it should even be prosecuted. Then they got pressured and pressured.

But how did they find a jury to make such an insane verdict? Murder for following a guy with a cellphone camera?

Are you willfully ignorant? There have been plenty of all white juries in the Deep South that have wrongfully convicted black men over the years. It’s universally accepted that a jury should be racially characteristic of the community in which the court is located. If you don’t understand why someone would want a jury representative of members of the community, then help yourself to a fucking history book and start learning.
