You mean you weren't aware of how the dead man was in a personal residence that was under renovation and a neighbor yelled at him to get the hell out? And that he wasn't jogging like people would have you believe but trying to distance himself from the house he had entered illegally? The people that owned the house still had their personal items in their home? And the fact that the dead man was known for his thefts? No! No one should be shot like that but the dead man tried to take a gun away from a man asking him questions about the home in question because hundreds of dollars in items were stolen from a boat in their back yard!
