No, trespassing and entering a home without permission. Doesnt justify a death sentence for Aubrey, he was stupid enough to pull the gun towards him. At least point that shit to the side if your going to try to Rambo strong arm a shotgun from someone pointing it at you.

There has to be some intent to do wrong or you have to be warned off. What you poeple are saying is it's ok to shoot a kid selling cookies if he knocks on your door, you're fucking dangerously insane. It's ok to shoot anyone for any reason if theyre black The Black man trespassed. His act of trespass was not legally or lawfully actionable as you point out because the owner did not desire to pursue the matter. That does not change the fact that the Black man's action raised suspicion and precipitated the tragedy.
