Cannibalism and slavery were rampant and were a huge part of African history. Black tribes sold and traded other blacks off and they often ate them.

The slaves who came to America would either have been eaten or kept as slaves in Africa. FACT.

Originally, all slaves were freed after seven years but a free black slaveholder decided he wanted to keep his black slave and made a big deal about it and went to court.

That black man won his lawsuit! Hooray!!! But that is why blacks were then kept longer than the standard seven years as before.

So blacks sold fellow blacks to slavetraders and when the white man's laws said to free all blacks (and white indentured servants) after seven years, that was not good enough for a black man who challenged it and won.

Slavery is STILL happening in black and Arab countries but has been outlawed in white-created countries.

Muhammad Ali said he was glad his grandaddy got on that boat. No wonder. Blacks still had it better here than Africa but WHO KNOWS HOW DIFFERENT WITHOUT THAT LAWSUIT TO KEEP THEM ENSLAVED?

I guess the lesson here according to some posters though is that whites cannot treat blacks good enough no matter what but it is okay for blacks to kill, eat, and enslave each other all they want (that is not racist, you know). Also, it is okay for blacks to use all the medicines and technology created by whites and at the same time hate whites but be okay with black murderers, and black enslavers.
