They were decimating themselves just before the White Man returned once again, if not for us they would have been a memory by 1900 killing themselves off in treble wars.

Disease, more efficient weapons for murdering, black slaves? Yeah, did us a lot of favors. If there was a copper trade between Europe and Native Americans during the bronze age, it was carried by European ships and European ocean navigation techniques. Yet to see an ocean-going Native American ship.
