Kidnapping... Why are they piling on multiple charges on the guy?

She was still confined as far as the idiot man with the gun threatening her was concerned, those places aren't that big that he couldn't see her at least the ones I have been to. He did NOT threaten to shoot - he ASKED for his pizza. BIG DIFFERENCE. You are clearly here to jeopardise the 2nd amendment rights - gtfo.
