I spent $600 at the grocery store today, mostly canned food, the nice manager man who worked at walmart helped me with the 50# bag of dog food. I made two trips in the store. The nice man helped me a second time. Nobody rationed me. Some of the products were scanty. There was plenty of food there, just not the huge variety they usually have. I went to the butcher yesterday and spent $300. No shortage there but it's a small local business. The brat freezer case was still full and they had all of the flavors they usually have (like 31 flavors, but it's brats). I got 40# of hamburger and a slew of brats, they didn't ration me either. They didn't look like they were out of anything.

At wallyworld all of the employees I talked to told me they thought they'd be alot busier today than they were.

Last week I was in Aldi's and nobody looked at me twice when I grabbed a flat of canned corn and two flats of tomatoes. No rationing yet. The Aldi's was out of lots of things.
