Can someone please explain the black paint and oil thing?

And according to the x-soldier recommending it, it makes the guns jam up. use anything they have against them they think helmets protect them but just spray paint the facecovers and they cant see shit. better yet. if someone attacks me while wearing a helmet, thats the exact thing i grab and twist. enjoy your limited movement and sight.
