OP,
as a space conspiracy fan, I can agree with you that NASA has told some whoppers.
that however does not automatically mean that the earth is flat.
also the notion that living on a sphere somehow means that we are not "special" in a religious sense is just as much of disconnect.
A god could not have created a SPHERE for us to be special on?
The heliocentric model cleans up after itself, meaning all required forces are accounted for.
The FE model requires numerous force inputs (what moves the moon around? what moves the sun?) and even if those force inputs are granted, it still does not explain observed reality (southern VS northern stars for example)
