I don't know anything about this case nor am I a professional. Over the years Ive seen thousands of death videos, not because I enjoy them, I've just always been fascinated by death. Always wanted to be a medical examiner. But anyway there appears to be bruising around both his eyes, that is a classic sign of getting shot in the head. It's from the massive amount of pressure inside the skull caused by the bullet, some people's eyes pop out when shot. Just my 2 cents.

Also notice the right eye is way more bruised than the left, and the blood just so happens to be on the right side of his head. To me that's a sign of being shot in the right hand side of the head. Also the 2 other blood spot especially on his leg look like a classic gun shot wound.
