CDC: Don’t Wash Your Thanksgiving Turkey

Strapped mine on my 4 x 4 and went through a car wash.

Help! I'm cooking a duck, and I don't know what to do.

Low IQ turkey washers in this thread. Spreading germs everywhere.

Had been washing my birds all the time: chicken, turkey, duck,goose, pheasants, grouse and dove. However after washing the birds we do wash everything with soap. Not that hard or complicated, anybody listening to CDC anyway?

Dry or cold-brine all your meats from now on. Hopefully that salt will kill whatever garbage they've injected... and it will taste delicious
