This could be a 'controlled opposition' story...
IMHO the vaxxed may not be transmitting a unique fixed bluetooth Mac Address, however , upon exciting via an EMF signal 'key' , the vaxxed may be able to be scanned, and a unique bio-digital fingerprint obtained. There are patents that discribe this tech.
