All it was was a shameful money grab in Oregon...
Bags are THICKER than they were...
They charge 5 cents for them...
Everyone using them like single use bags...
So basically it was worse for the environment... And corporations just got suckers to pay for the bags..
Like everything a scam to separate money from your wallet.
