i duno. i changed my perspective on coffee by learning how to germinate and roast the beans on the stove. after I changed my relationship to coffee it no longer gives me the same buzz and really clean coffee is not addicting...

I brew about 100oz a day. It's extremely strong, and I'm the one who drinks most of it. I've been told that I have an addictive personality.

It's hard to fuck up coffee...They will go to any restaurant that tolerates them...No one eats and they each buy a small coffee, with endless refills...Best $1.49 ever spent for coffee and talking with friends until noon...

2-3 pots per day. I take breaks though where I'll not drink as much cause I drink it pretty excessively, tbh.

It takes more than a few days for me to adjust without coffee. I feel 100% worse for several days, then feel about the same as if I drank coffee but with less 'spunk'. So, I go right back to drinking it again.

That's my addiction cycle to it, anyway.

i dunno, i could probably fit around 2 cups of germinated/sprouted coffee in a day if I try real hard, but if i cold brew it, it might come out to be more since it's a concentrate. So about 2 cups of concentrate.

But i've done the non specialty coffee also and it kinda sucks.. so many bad beans...

yeah so sprouting coffee beans makes the cleanest cup of coffee, but it's hard, if you can just roast it properly. Drying is the first step after sprouting.

which i do on my stove anyways... on low heat. It's not the best method. and I dont age it. Better to age if I dried it naturally I guess. I could age after roasting it.

I just have to keep working at roasting it. Last couple times were the best cups of coffee I've had it had foam, color and everything.
