How much coffee do you drink

2 to 3 cups a day. I like it black.

I think if they would give kids a cup of coffee every morning at school, those with ADD/ADHD would calm down and the sleepy kids would wake up...Caffeine and the benefits of coffee are amazing...

Coffee should always be black and strong...If you want milk and sugar in it, it's then a dessert and not as healthy...

It's quite telling that you know what that smells like.

I drink it all day. I also chain smoke and I smoke at least 4 grams of weed a day.

I used to drink coffee back in the wonder years of my addiction. Now i freebase folgers crystals. Use one of those dab rigs the kids love with some dried out five hour energy drink.

Fair enough, I'm not considering any action on the matter...

I had a UTI about 6 months ago and I got another one, I felt it coming on and I get them real bad. It was night and no doc in the boxes were even open so I called my rite aide pharmacy and told them my situation. They said for a $10 consultation with a pharmacist they could prescribe me the antibiotics I needed. I was so grateful. Time is of the essence with UTIs, by morning I likely would have been pissing blood. I fainted with the last one and had a seizure too. Woke up in the ER. Ladies, don't ever let a penis get anywhere near your bumhole then into your vagina. Even just brushing it can cause a brutal infection.

This about sums it up...

About 6-7 ounces when I first get up.

1 teaspoon lion's mane mushroom in one of them (this is a new experiment)

If you have a little kid coughing and wheezing really bad, a few sips of black coffee really help. I did it with my kids.

I've heard it "stops asthma attacks" in a pinch, but my kids never had asthma, so I don't know.

The steam is good, but also, caffeine does something to the lining of the lungs that calms down the cough.

coffee is a good source of niacin. and it's the most widely consumed MAO-I.

Green coffee beans has the most d-mannose. I learned how to really milk the green coffee beans by pasteurizing the beans after sprouting. When you blend it, it makes a Mylk of the green coffee beans.... then you heat it up.

also the coffeeberry is used in a sports medicine product. I forgot the name of it.

It's also high in Chlorogenic acid.

And actually I could get up to 3 cups if I try real hard. I used to have a bigger skillet so I could roast a whole lot more.

But yeah I just gotta get better at roasting.

None, I switched to Teeccino French Roast. No caffeine which is fine with me, and it allows me to maintain my morning coffee brewing routine.
