It's both medically and physically IMPOSSIBLE for a human to turn into a zombie.

NOT when you consider that the definition of a "zombie" is the living dead, and what IS an addict or anyone else who's strongly medicated? Whether it's Alcohol, Opiates, or the latest prescribed panacea [or vaccine] the result is the same: a poisonous NUMBING OF THE MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT. And who can really blame them for desperately wanting to escape reality?

And then there are those who eschew all forms of such toxins and instead prefer to remain victims of an ugly, manipulative world ... and the severe depression it causes. So they too lurch through life with eyes glazed and free will evaporated. The same cause=effect fulfilled.

The final -and much smaller- group are some of us discussing it herein; those who see with crystal-clarity what is going on and have tempered themselves for the inevitable outcome.

I'd say the world is actually crawling with metaphorical zombies, many of whom have no clue what they've already done to themselves.
