There’s 1 reason and only 1 reason the mandate hasn’t steamrolled the US like it is in EVERY country in the world save Japan. The 2nd Amendment. The have tried unsuccessfully to regulate it out of existence. The can’t just take it out because the are outgunned, out numbered and out classed. The military would of little use because the vets can neutralize the equipment with the end result of using it against a tyrannical gov. Once they cause the first shot to be fired, they would on the wrong side of a citizen tsunami that has 1 result. The combined military force of the UN would be obliterated. It would be a costly win but it would be a decisive win.
