also to prepare for your bout of covid make sure to order an oximeter and a humidifier. Both are cheap.

If you have heart problems as i do then expect it to be worse.. My irregular heart beat was having a field day, and having a high resting pulse for a long time was draining.

My blood oxygen is at 97-98% and pulse around 90-100bpm.
