Very doubtful aslong as the above link stays into effect next election- but I would keep a close on any state documents regarding new voting software approval before the date. I have not seen any indication of large Democratic presence in large cities that would outweigh the Republican bodies. I believe there’s also a new law regulating and monitoring in person ballots etc
