You will have to go there and read the rest of the piece I cited. I did not see a vid but please check for one at the link. I just cut& pasted an excerpt from the article at the site as I don't think there is a vid that goes with the piece. But there is the link I failed too attach. Again,sorry. I have a difficult time transferring my thoughts from the brain out the tips of my two pecking fingers(yes,I am a pecker  . I assure you all I am very lucid in actual conversation (LOL).
