Not every county will have a WalMart or Dollar General, but they'll probably have a box store if they have more than 10,000 residents. Classic GLP post lol I lease a old DG store and my landlord is a builder for them ( in the southern US) He tells me they are so cheap to build and maintain that is why there are so many, the only real cost is the COG (inventory) and the margins run 60%. So from a business prospective I would build tons of them. |
