Classic GLP post lol

I lease a old DG store and my landlord is a builder for them ( in the southern US) He tells me they are so cheap to build and maintain that is why there are so many, the only real cost is the COG (inventory) and the margins run 60%. So from a business prospective I would build tons of them.
