Here's what I don't understand. A year and a half ago I signed paperwork acknowledging that I was an "essential," employee. I was given paperwork that would allow we to drive to work if they shut the roads down. Fast forward and now they are telling me I am actually non-essential and will lose my job if I don't get vaxxed. It will take at least three months to fire me. I can find another job in that time frame.
