I’M AN INSURANCE AGENT AND CSR. TOO MANY CUSTOMERS WITH MEMORY ISSUES NOW!!!!!!

Okay so I need to rant and I want to hear from other public sector folks who take payments and etc if you concur…. (“I should have concurred!”).

Here goes…. I have noticed over the last couple of months especially that folks are having some SERIOUS memory issues, not just the very elderly who are always going to have these issues as they deal with brain fade oldtimers disease issues. No, its not just elderly, it’s people in their 30’s and 40’s and 50’s and 60’s who are simply unable to remember conversations. I am having to put thorough notes in more than ever before because folks simply cannot remember ANYTHING…. Having been in insurance for comin up on 25 years I have NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS! People just cannot remember to pay bills at all or anything else for that matter unless you stay on them. You can ask them to take pictures of their cars and go into their email immediately and docusign things and stress the absolute importance of these basic things and they will swear to you they will do it without fail and sure enough, ever single time, 8 out of 10 times they fade out unless you stay on them. you can tell them important things about their payment structures and xyz and without fail they forget. I have never seen anything like this before in my career…

Is ANYBODY ELSE seeing this?
