Here's a confidentiality agreement between NIAID, Moderna_tx and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, dated November 9th, 2015. Remember this date.

What ALSO happened on that day?

Researchers at the University of North Carolina @ Chapel Hill published a study where they created a chimeric SARS-CoV virus. SAME DAY (link at bottom)

Then, on December 12, 2019, the NIAID and Moderna entered into a TRANSFER AGREEMENT to ship "mRNA coronavirus vaccine candidates" to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

That was a full month before Trump states that he reached out to Moderna to produce a vaccine, which they then were able to sequence in TWO DAYS and had a clinical batch ready to go in 25 days.

So, the same day the UNC creates a chimeric SARS virus, they enter into a confidentiality agreement with Moderna and the NIAID. This was in 2015.

Then, in Dec 2019, they apparently have an mRNA COVID vaccine because they transferred those vaccine candidates from NIAID & Moderna, to the UNC.

One month later, 3 days after China first realized an outbreak was happening, Trump calls Moderna about a "vaccine."

Then 2 days after that phone call (5 days after they discover COVID-19), they have mRNA vaccine ready, then 25 days later, they have enough batch to start clinical trials.

Within 6 months, they have enough doses for hundreds of millions of people, and within a year, BILLIONS of doses.

Right.
