So now prosecutors can be charged with felonies for not charging fast enough?
If that's the case, let's charge the AG's of Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Arizona for not pursuing election fraud charges expediently. Throw Durham on the list, for that matter. The country is done for, and Durham is still plodding along.
