I have heard they hold private auctions for them and what's left they do public auctions. I have personally met an officer that was bragging about paying 150 dollars for a 8000 dollar atv well that's how he did it.

Why on earth - or Mars ? - would anyone carry a large bundle of cash in their car ?!

That's really strange to me, can't fathom it in any way.

I guess I don't blame the fuzz, because it's so weird naturally they'll think this dude has done some hidden crime to just be buzzing the streets with all that green in his machine.

in my younger years i once brought the drug task force down upon a house owned by my parents...

they were threatening to sieze it., luckily we knew the right people, and a lawyer, who was "in" with the "right people."


it was all dismissed.


it was actually not even a legit raid, all our drugs were prescribed and legal.

there was, alot, however.

(family owned a home hospice business at the time)

the original arrests however were;

poss control substance schedule 2 >200g manufacture/deliver
x2

poss marijuana with intent to distribute >200g

should. That's where every problem in this country comes from. People trying to force what they think "should".

When the cop walks up to your door, say this, BEFORE you acknowledge anything he says:

On advice of my attorney I do not talk to police, and I reserve all rights afforded me by the US constitution.

A fine point of the law is if you do not communicate to them that you reserve your constitutional rights, they are free to attempt to get you to give them up out of stupidity.

HOWEVER , if they do it AFTER you said what I told you to say; anything they do that even in the slightest way abridges your rights and the case will be thrown out in the first evidenciary hearing.

If this guy had done this they'd have never got his money.

I worked in Law Enforcement a long time ago.

There are some good men doing the best they can in this field, but they’re the exception and not the rule. The Police are absolutely not your friends. The Feds? Well..they’re even worse.

It’s best to avoid contact.
