I think we are seeing the whole legal system devolve into such a farcical circus at times that it seems obvious that we will see more of these type of shenanigans from prosecution and defense lawyers every time they think the trial is going in the wrong direction, in an attempt to get mistrials. Like most everything else nowadays that has become so dumbed down lawyers are no exception.
