Nelson Patino was silent as he entered Duanesburg Town Court. He’s been charged with murder and attempted murder after investigators say he admitted to a 911 dispatcher that he stabbed his family. His wife and 5-year-old son have died. His 2- year-old is still in the hospital. The court has now barred him from contacting the two year old for a year through an order of protection.
