1984 Ozzy Osborne & Motley Crue. Ozzy was so stoned, he tried 4 times to start singing, then he started cussing at the crowd and flipping us off, so Motley Crue came back on stage and played for 2 hours straight.

That was the most awesome concert I even attended.

I "saw" Hendrix too and forgot to include that earlier on this thread. It was Devonshire Downs 1969. We were far from the stage and couldn't see much of the show.

Seals and Crofts in St. Louis, 1974.

Those were the days.

I once saw a picture someone had on line of an angel hovering over the concert, but I can't find it now.

Re: Date yourself by naming one concert you've attended
The one that still irks me is the one that got away.

I had a front row seat for the main show at the Chicago Blues Fest in 1985.

I was waiting to see Chuck Berry, the last act, but despite it being June, it got freezing cold that day. I didn't have a coat, and I began to shiver uncontrollably, so I had to leave half an hour before Chuck Berry's show.

There turned out to be a surprise.

Keith Richards joined him on the stage.

If I had know that, I would have risked death from exposure.
