They seem to be indicting Gates has megalomania and wants to perhaps criminally control how the entire process and benefit from it even if it harms the general public.

The participants allude to mountains of corruption and undue manipulation.

And some higher ups are immune from any regulations?

And they changed the definitions of pandemic to fit their mass execution of humanity?

Technically immunity is conditional as long as certain conditions are met, it's implicit in the process.

3rdly informed consent must apply.


Essentially if any conditions are unmet then immunity can't be applied.

Otherwise nothing prevents anyone from declaring unconditional immunity for criminal acts or criminal organization.
