16-18k is a 1.618 fib extension looking down from the (65/69k)-->28k price move. 16-18k is very believable as it is a golden retrace.

If you've never heard the term golden retrace before then you have no business saying where the price of bitcoin can go.

Golden retraces are often the end of a bear market.

I will add that im starting to think it could take until end of year 2022 to see 16-18k. I was thinking March 2022 for a while... the structure is just so big and the upsloping support levels it has to break through are so big(and so far away)... I now lean towards a long slow bleed.

technical analysis must be considered with real world conditions. your legacy data doesn't hold up against supply shock and corporate interest. your legacy data reflects the old 4 year cycle which is based largely on retail investors and isn't going to happen this time. i've been in the game since 2017 and there is no comparing the market now to the market then. but put in your limit order for 18k and watch it grow cobwebs over the coming years.

Anyone who really knows the markets knows to be humble most of the time on MACRO analysis. I will at times lose my humility on the micro timetable (few months) but the macro is always changing.

To say there is no comparing is true and false. Nothing is identical. Markets don't repeat but they often rhyme.

And right now? The markets looks like July of 2014 to me. Not in price but in how the movements are happening in relation to support lines.

You should learn to chart both bullishly and bearishly on different charts. Try to see both possibilities at the same time. You are blinded by your bias.

Ask yourself this, if gold and silver are going to be useless then why are Vanguard and Blackrock buying hundreds of billions of dollars worth in the last year? Why are Russia, China, India, Saudi Arabia, etc, buying millions and billions of ounces in the last two months.
