You never stop in the middle of a busy freeway unless there is no way you can avoid it. At the beginning it appeared his car was still on all 4 wheels. He could have easily moved to the right shoulder. |

That's the result of this. I watched the same in DC/ NoVA/MD. There's nothing but accidents 24x7, mostly hit and run. You get what you deserve bu living in those Demonrat infested shitholes. We need an exterminator! |

User ID: 76388104 United States 12/05/2021 10:38 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | My daughter has a friend who pulled off to the side of the road and got out of her car when she had a car problem or a flat tire. Quoting: nutmeg She was in college at the time.....18 years old. Another car ran into her....even though she was off the road. Her injuries were so bad, a leg had to be amputated. Beautiful and sweet girl. I'm assuming that guy in the video, who stayed with his car, lost his life. How tragic. Yeah, I was just thinking the whole time, "how fucking dumb do you have to be to stand there 15 feet away from a pileup as it's happening?" People have zero survival instincts anymore. That's exactly how THEY want it. Sad. Another thing that's so dangerous is a pedestrian walking near a road at night. They THINK they're visible, but when driving, you usually don't see them until you're a few feet away from them.... especially if they have dark clothing and it's a two lane road with oncoming car headlights. I remember being on a two lane road at night....a road I travel all the time. 45mph. A guy was walking very close to the paved road. I passed him and felt I could have very well struck him. I stopped up ahead and called 911 so they could caution him. The police station was on the same road, so I'm sure they did. Last Edited by nutmeg on 12/05/2021 11:33 AM |

If it had been, it never would have gone down like that. That was late night on an empty freeway and probably the people hitting the cars were distracted. Distracted by texting & driving or the fact that they could see 1) the guy recording something on the side of the road or 2) the third car spun around, so there were headlights shining at on-coming cars. BTW, thank god someone posted a random music video in this thread! "IF IT STEERS, IT CLEARS" Looking at the damage from the first accident, it looks like he could've gotten to the shoulder. However, if the whole impetus for this mess is that his car lost power and he wasn't able to get to the side, thus causing the first collision, I'm not sure what he could've done in those few hectic and frantic minutes. Mola Ram did nothing wrong. |

Rental car people said that you must have a reflective vest in the car for each person while driving through Austria. If the police stop you for any reason they will fine you if you don't have a reflective vest. Quoting: nutmeg They didn't sell vests, but said we could purchase them at a rest stop, which we did. Reflective vests + a full emergency kit with road flares. You can't pass inspection without it. Also Safe and inspected vehicles help unlike the junk in America. |

Her face was all swollen and her eyes were as big as saucers. She drove real slow and creased the entire driver's side against the pump as she was essentially trying to parallel park. Back and forth multiple times with the sound of plastic and steel popping and screeching. The owner came out on his phone with 911 and stood in front of her car like a retard, to keep her from leaving and she laid on the horn and screamed at him for the 5 minutes I was there. It was a scene from idiocracy unfolding right in front of me. This was all before Covidiots ! I will never go back there. Last Edited by Norske_in_Merika on 12/05/2021 11:18 AM |

LA has some terrifying drivers, but I sort of found a way to avoid most of the problems. I would almost always use the right two lanes to drive. It's slower, but you'll avoid any danger. The right two lanes will sometimes be faster because every impatient fool is in the left lane in LA. |

Have not even had a fender bender since 1988. And I was one of the more aggressive but not stupid drivers. I think I could have been a race driver. Three times in the 2010s decade I used my skills to avoid accidents developing right in front of me or around me. |
