Well, I am a divorced bachelor and I talk out loud to myself a lot. Damn. No one else with whom to talk. I'm screwed.  Nothing wrong with it. It establishes your presence. Society wants you to believe there's something wrong with you if you do. So, you can have conversations with yourself in your head but expressing them vocally and you need a shrink. Just another attempt by a devolved system to lessen the Human Experience.
