If those people got their 8 hours of work done in 2 hours. Good for them! They are productive They are essentially a call center. If you read they talk about how many calls answered etc etc etc If you are meant to answer calls and do stuff and the bosses know if you answer calls and do stuff then it is probably a good idea that you do it. |
