Tesla solar panel defects! 60,000 residential customers in the U.S. and 500 government and commercial accounts were affected by the issue
In the SEC complaint, Henkes said Tesla and SolarCity, which it acquired in 2016, did not disclose its “liability and exposure to property damage, risk of injury of users, fire etc to shareholders” prior and after the acquisition.

Tesla also failed to notify its customers that defective electrical connectors could lead to fires, according to the complaint.

according to his lawsuit filed in November last year against Tesla Energy over wrongful termination.

Us airforce phased array radar shorted out the panels when it was allowed to sag down on the populace.elon knows this and if his back is against the wall then he will go forward with the evidence.airforce will be liable for more than just damages to a few homes and walmarts.
Its looking like damages amounting to the public are in the trillions as well as negligent homicide.
I have the paper evidence of the coverup.
I emailed elon 3 years ago and notified him of what they did.
My guess is it is settled quick and elon gets more nasa contracts with hyperinflated profits to offset his losses.
Because we all know elons connections with nasa are complicated.lol!

That was why Elon sold $10 Billion in stock last week... the jig is up:

Russia’s trade minister shares his experience of driving a Tesla in winter

“It has a claimed range of up to 450km, but my experience shows that, after being parked for an hour and half at -30 degrees Celsius, the vehicle is barely able to get me home, as the remaining range was only enough to drive less than 100km – in fact, even less,” Manturov said.

So the range of a fully charged Tesla at -30C is about 50 miles.
