Message Subject How Dreams play a vital role in our cognitive development, memory, and learned skills and some pro-tips for developmental dreaming

obsessing over dreams feeds the mind/ego
which must be silenced and transcended via meditative practices

dreams are a sign of an undisciplined mind,
they have no other meaning

Dreams are a sign of cognitive development, memory-consolidation, learning-development and of course some reveal certain psychological issues that may underline a person hence why there is a whole branch of clinical psychoanalytical dream analysis. (Not dreaming for meaning rather identifying clinical mental health issues).

If you didn't dream, your brain wouldn't develop properly as our neural pathway and synapse development and maintenance happens during REM sleep.
