truth + courage(root chakra)- if you build up courage to speak truth under any circumstances even when whole universe is against the truth you stand your truth and u successfully acquire courage to speak truth.. in this stage truth is basically blocked because of cowardness.. if you overcome cowardness you speak courageous truth..
look up age 5 when its courage + truth.. then its age 29 where the cycles reverses.. check the events happened in these ages in your personal life and unblock the chakra...

truth + pleasure- you will have figure out what pleasures block truth... pleasure is blocked by guilt greed jealousy envy.. figure out what caused these emotions in the first place.. check age 12 and 30.. as both these involves truth and pleasure chakra...
truth can be blocked like if truth then other feel guilty or greed.. if you 2 chocolates but due to greed(not having enough) you dont tell truth and chakra gets blocked...
same goes with all others.. another eg: guilty of truth..
when you do something and feel guilty of telling truth then the chakra gets blocked..


follow the same iteration for all other chakras and figure out the ages relating to that chakras and then clear it suing the events happened in your life... this can be done with events that happened only in your life not others as this happens on a avery personal level so that universe can have many data points..

once when you clear all chakras you will be telling only truth and seeing only truth ...

when you unblock the truth chakras you will see aliens are just another iteration... if thr bodies are cell phones then all life forms in this universe are just different cell phones.. apple iphone 13 and nokia 1100 have the same function.. receiving and taking calls.. so all life forms are just using different version of cellphones with just fancy upgrades as this makes universe in a balanced state as all will have the same underlying function...

if you plan to kill someone by not telling them then archons will orchestrate murder of you the same way of not letting you know.. once you ascend past 5th dimension as my guess is anyone can access any dimensions based on their heirachy in the cosmic simulation... if you consider dimension as rooms in a company.. a cleark can access only rooms designated to him but a ceo can access any rooms...

so you will have to figure out what is you level in the cosmic simulation and you will know what dimensions you can access..
