she said most often, like almost 100% of the time, people who are known to ask others constantly (online and offline both) if "are you okay?" or "are you feeling alright?" are the ones you have to question and really watch out for.

she says the hospital and the psychwards often find that those people who routinely ask others if they are okay or feeling alright are just regurgitating what others have told them and have no real interest in the matter. top level "watch them."
