Correction: You must give your name to a peace officer who is trying to locate a criminal, not an ID, but a name. An ID would require a contract, so not required.

Yes indeed. Its really the giant gear which turns it all, about 99% work only to have their saving s go into a giant pool which is raped and pillaged by pirates.

I was fooled too, big time, just like everyone else, so I try to show someways in which I was fooled to just give out information to anyone anytime someone claims 'its the law' ... i'd be rich If I had $5 for everytime I did that

I took my car in for an oil change the other day.

Manager says, "your plates aren't coming up in the computer -- can you update your information?"

I said, "no thanks, I'm not big on corporate databases."

He says, "it'll just take a second."

I say, "sorry, like I said, I'm not big on databases."

He says, "are you sure?!" You should've seen the look on his face. I thought I was gonna have to walk for not giving my information for a FRIGGIN' OIL CHANGE!

Has anybody read Naomi Wolf's "The End of America -- Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot?"

Re: Privacy International lists U.S. as "Endemic Surveillance Society"
People have been told the USA is a Constitutional Republic, or that it is a Democracy. Neither of these is true, the USA is a Fascist Oligrachy, it was designed that way by the Founding Fathers.

Oligarchy. Consider just how it all works. At the Federal Level (Central Government), In the US House, the quorum of 435 is a simple 51% Majority, or 218 members. These 218 Members can then vote on an issues, and the Majority of those 218, which is 110 of them, can pass a bill. So here we see that at the least, only 218 people have to vote for something in the US House, and of those only 110 have to be in favor of it, before it passes the bill before it.

In the US Senate, a quorum is a Majority of 51 Senators. Only 51 Senators HAVE to vote on something and of those 51 Senators only 26 of them have to vote yes before a bill is passed.

So we find that in this way, 110 US House Repreps and 26 Senators could literally pass every bill they wanted to.

That constitutes an Oligrachy of 136 Rulers.

The Simple majority is needed in the US Supreme Court to decide any case before it. That is 5 people.

Add those 5 US Supreme Court Justices to the 136 members of Congress and you have 141 Rulers. In that a President can chose to veto or not veto you have one more person in this Oligrachy of 137 Rulers.

Our Nation of over 300,000,000 people s ruled nationally by only 137 people. This is rule by an Oligrachy.

137 Rule 300 Million (plus) people.

Kings and Queens present or of the past have never had such power as these 137 people do.

But these 137 are only the front-men for the hidden rulers of this nation.

How is it that these 137 can violate the privacy of the 300+ Million? Only because those 300+ Million allow them to.

In other words there only need to be 137 Foriegn Agents emmbeded at the highest levels in the US Government which in turn can rule the USA.

And YOU wonder why they don't listen to US? Simple answer, they don't have to.

You think that's funny. I went to the dealer to get a new plastic seat reclining knob for my truck. The dude wouldn't give me on because I wouldn't give him my VIN?! WTF??

All Colorados are the same, EVERY ONE OF THEM. You either have manual or electric. Case closed. "Oh, sir, I need the VIN to properly get the part."

I called him a commy (which I shouldn't of, but he's an ass for helping with that policy). Then I said I'll just go to a salvage yard. He said, OK. haha, didn't even bother him.
