Probably why they are so adamant to vaccinate everybody, rich, poor, free and bond with an untrialed mRNA shot all due to a potential ET virus, hence the urgency of mandates, quarantine camps etc.
We are may be about to get an official first contact.

If there was a real and deadly pandemic, then borders and international travel, including illegal immigration, would have been STOPPED with armed guards, ordered to shoot transgressors. Like I already said, the agencies could have a number of intel, but not enough to know all the details for certain, especially the ET schedule. How would a government look like if nothing happens for months, or even for years? Would you trust it for long with such an extraordinary announcement, justifying a vaccine operation of such a scale around the globe? Besides, there are too many people with weak minds unable to bear the implications, or even the needed preparations. What matters to governments is the control of the way our societies work, should they be democratic or not. There is difference between what one people thinks he/she can accept, and how a whole People can react to such a massive change...while still waiting for it. Politics is not about saying truth but showing control. People like control to better have the mind in peace. That proves that the governments, and the agencies, have no clue about the ET agenda, unlike what most of the conspiracists think.
