If you correctly read Isaiah 23 you will see that Tarshish is UK ('people of the island') and Tyre is the British Empire, called 'the bestower of crowns' and its commercial network ('houses and harbors') with references to Lebanon ('Phoenicia'), Cyprus, Syria ('Assyria, Babylon') and Egypt ('Nile'), all places, AND ONLY ONES, in Middle-East (geographical reference of the Bible) where the British Empire was settled.

But God, who planned to destroy this empire to humble it, asks the 'daugther Tarshish to till her land as they do along the Nile', aka UK once without the Empire.

As mentioned in the 'prophecy against Tyre' / British Empire in Isaiah 23 up to the verse 13 preceding the mention of the 70 years, this empire ended when Nasser got the control of the Suez Canal against the British forces, and Syria became independent, that is to say at the end of king George VI's reign, father of HM Queen Elizabeth II.

The same way, after the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, triggered by the creation of the State of Israel, Israel has been stabilized in 1952.

There are various expressions, according to the Bible version studied, to speak about the link between the 70 years and a king in Isaiah 23:15:

- according to the days of one king.
- the span of a king's life.
- the lifetime of one king.
- as the time of a king.
- as the days of one king
- the life span of one king.
- like the days of one king.
- the length of a king’s life.

On one hand, this could talk about the age when the king dies. On the other hand, this could talk about the duration of the king's reign.

Given that 1) the 70 years are mentioned in the context of a specific prophecy (end of the British Empire), that 2) there is no specific average age of kings in history, and that 3) Queen ER II happens to reach 70 years of reign the very moment the first seal, starting the End Times, must come (Return of Christ), the only logical solution is that this prophecy must come to fruition this week (end of the 70 years)!
