Wow, $870 for some worn out sneakers?!

I saw a kid pay $2.09 for a soda pop today at the store, and I thought that inflation was outrageous, but $870 for worn out sneakers is even worse.

I haven't had a soda pop in years, and I think the last time I bought one I paid 35 cents for it.
