HOW TO STOP DRINKING ALCOHOL

people that have never been physically addicted and dependent on a substance like alcohol just to function normally have ZERO idea of what they are talking about.. just stop.. it's the same level of idiocy that has kept addictions killing people for hundreds if not thousands of years. they just do not get it. it's like someone that has never been to the planet Mars trying to describe exactly what it looks like to someone that actually HAS been there already... they come off like the complete clueless idiots they are on the subject. they just DO NOT GET IT. Gotta keep that in mind. If anyone is truly addicted beyond just mental to the physical part, get help or your body will eventually start shutting down and you'll just have to call an ambulance anyway. just sayin' trust me. I've experienced the worst of this one. drug addicts very similar, but different methodologies needed as well. There really should be a science by now in how to cure this in all situations but of course in today's dumb as rocks world... it's facepalm city
