prepare your meals ahead of time before you get too weak

get those big cans of Chunky chicken noodle soup. then rip apart a rotisserie chicken

add chicken to the soup for more protein. should be around 500 calories per can like that. only thing that tastes good when sick.

Safeway has had the chunky campbells soups on sale last two weeks. I have ~ 20 or so plus cans of chicken breast and lots of canned fishes

The usual practice is to take the vitamins and minerals BEFORE becoming infected, as a daily preventitive. Ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure.

I know some of those like the D take a while to build up your levels if you're low.

You can take melatonin, it will help with sleep and fights Covid. Do not take ivermectin at the same time as quercetin... but if you take one in the AM and the other PM, you shouldn't have a problem.

Hot baths can help your body to turn vitamin c into interferon, which is a potent anti-viral. You want a core temp of 102-103 for about 20-30 minutes, once or twice a day. That will boost your interferon production 10x normal... but only if you have abundant c in your system.

Get some liposomal C if you can. Progressively up the dose until you get serious squirts, then back off one notch and stay hydrated.

If you can get dandelion leaves/greens, make a tea by steeping a fistful of leaves in a cup or two of hot water. Dandelion greens have been used as a tonic and even a food for centuries. They contain a compound that latches onto the ACE2 receptor, denying the virus entry into any uninfected cells. That will slow the virus' spread through your system and give your immune system a chance to get ahead of it. I got a couple of pounds of the greens off Amazon, dried.

I daily do Vit C (1000) and D3 (5000) and have been doing the qucertain and NAC 2-3 times a week for months actually

after eating a can of soup, gargling and nose thing i don't feel anything when i swallow now ... here's to hoping

still feel it in the eustachian tube though.

alrighty ... its been 48 hours, wanted to wait a day to be sure ... so the supplements and vitamins helped but I really think the Ivermectin did most of the heavy lifting.

as others have said here already, the day after taking ivm you do get a nice boost of energy. the stuff works!
