Someone once said to me, "You are a spiritual being engaged in a human experience. This is a blink of time in your infinite existence. If you feel like you don't belong here, it's because you don't."

That conversation changed my life and helped me embrace who I am.

As far as the most profound thing I've ever read, "Autobiography of a Yogi" was an incredible journey and I've given dozens of copies of it away over the years. I make sure I always have a couple of extras on my bookshelves.

Excellent post, Sis. What you said is an incredibly profound concept and it makes me think about how short our lives are in the grand context of it all.

I looked up the book you mentioned, it sounds awesome and I was able to find a PDF. I’m going to start digging into it tonight and see what I can learn :)

God Bless. And Merry Christmas to you guys!

Yay! I'm so glad you found the PDF version.

"Autobiography of a Yogi" sort of finds you, kind of a "meant to be" thing. There's something for everybody within its text.

Self-realization and positive affirmations are so important in this life. I had been spiritually "stuck" in my late 20s and a Hindu priest gave me my first copy. My life has never been the same.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!!

Merry Christmas to you and your family, Seraphim! God bless!
