Isn't that what the mandate is, a federal requirement? Boeing's lawyers must be seeing something in the fine print that tells them the mandate isn't actually a mandate. We have a bunch of similar "laws" in my country that aren't actually laws, but they are enforced as if they are laws. The TV license scam is one of them. |
