Post above is right. Night sweats with flu like symptoms is one of the new things with omicron. If you Google under NHS website they have a list of the new ones.

My husband and I have both just recovered from covid. We both had night sweats. Point of note: he tested negative for the lateral flow throughout, but came up positive on the PCR. I came up positive on both.

I am aware of at least one other couple that tested the same way in the last 2 weeks.
